Dear Students, Partners, and Supporters,

As I reflect on the over four decades I've spent in the music industry with Jeff McClusky & Associates, I am filled with pride—not just for the successes we've achieved in radio promotion and artist development, but for the impact we've had on the careers of countless young professionals. From our early days, it became clear that fostering talent wasn't just about the artists we represented, but also about the eager students who sought to learn from and contribute to this ever-evolving industry.

This belief in the power of education and mentorship led to the creation of our We Launch program, which has since helped over 75 students launch their careers. But our journey didn't end there. Recognizing the unique opportunity festivals present as learning environments, we founded Festival University. This initiative goes beyond traditional education, offering students immersive experiences at some of the world's most iconic music festivals.

Through partnerships with institutions like Belmont, Bradley, DePaul, Western Illinois, UTK, and Tennessee State, Festival University has become a platform where students can earn academic credit while gaining hands-on experience in the industry. We've also made it a priority to include a diverse range of institutions, including HBCUs and Community Colleges, to ensure that this opportunity is as inclusive as it is transformative.

Festival University has operated 15 times, touching the lives of hundreds of students who leave with not only academic credit but also invaluable industry connections and real-world experience. As we look to the future, I am more excited than ever about the possibilities ahead. Together, we are creating a vibrant community where education and industry meet, preparing the next generation to lead with passion, creativity, and purpose.
