Lollapalooza-U 2024 marked the fourth installment of this innovative collaboration, bringing together students, artists, agents, promoters, and industry leaders for an immersive educational experience. Hosted from August 1-4 in partnership with C3 Presents, DePaul University, and Kennedy King College, this year’s program provided students with hands-on exposure to the music industry, with a focus on artist development, festival operations, and career networking.

Participants had the unique opportunity to engage with key industry figures like Charlie Walker and Charles Attal from C3 Presents, as well as Huston Powell, Avery Liardon, and Tuba Smith. Over the course of the weekend, students attended panels, artist meet-and-greets, and exclusive backstage tours, gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of one of the world’s largest music festivals.
